A Pupil Passport is a child-centred document that highlights what is important to the pupil, what they enjoy, their strengths, any areas where they may need additional support, and the strategies that help them succeed. Where appropriate, pupils contribute to their own passport, ensuring their voice is heard and valued.
Pupil Passports are used by teachers and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment, promote positive relationships, and ensure that teaching is tailored to meet individual needs. They support smooth transitions between classes and help all adults working with a child to provide consistent, personalised support.
Our Pupil Passports are reviewed regularly and updated in partnership with pupils, parents and carers, and school staff. By working together, we can ensure every child feels understood, supported, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
