Student Improvement Team

Maplewell Hall School has elected its first ever ‘Student Voice’.

This involved students putting themselves forward as candidates. They had to put together their own poster campaign detailing why people should vote for them. The whole of the school both staff and students had the chance to vote. There were over 30 students who put themselves forward and of those 30, 12 students have been elected. The students recorded videos which were amazing to watch. It has been a very exciting time and the enthusiasm of the students has been great to see.

The students now have a group of people representing their views which they themselves have elected. They will be able to feedback any ideas to the Senior Leadership Team and Governing Body of the School.
